Saugus has three primary business districts:
Route 1 Corridor – US Route 1 bisects the Town of Saugus, and is filled with shopping, dining, professional offices, hotels and small businesses.
Saugus Center – The Saugus Center area includes the intersection of Lincoln Ave, Main St, Central St, and Hamilton St, and is home to the Town Hall, Library, several memorials and numerous small businesses, restaurants and boutique shops.
Cliftondale Square – Cliftondale includes the intersection of Essex St, Lincoln Ave and Jackson St, and is home to churches, shops, banks, the US Post Office, restaurants and more!
Local Attractions include: The Saugus Iron Works (US National Historic Site), Boardman House, Camp Nihan, Breakheart Reservation and The Lynn Woods.
